Chicken & Broccoli Stir Fry

On busy days, these type of dishes are perfect because they are quick and easy to make and still pack a nutritional punch.  Chicken provides protein, which is essential to any diet and the veggies provide essential nutrients and vitamins that our body needs!  Did I mention that this spicy dish will also give your metabolism a boost?!

Ingredients:
1 head of broccoli
1 diced green pepper
1 diced onion
8 thin sliced chicken breast(diced)
Mrs. Dash Fiesta Lime Seasoning
Cayanne Pepper
Black Pepper
Garlic Powder
Siracha
Olive Oil

Steps:
1. Dice the chicken and vegetables
2.  Add some olive oil to a wok and add the chicken and vegetables, cooking on medium heat
3.  Add all the spices and make sure you keep mixing it so nothing burns
4.  When everything is done, serve alone or with a side of rice
